FAQ

I live nearby and would prefer to meet in person

We are available to meet for ash pickup and to discuss your memorial piece(s) if you would prefer! We are located in Anglemont BC, but we are often in Salmon Arm, Chase, Scotch Creek and other nearby locations. Please contact us if you would like to set up an in-person appointment.

How to Prepare your ashes for shipping with a collection kit

Once you have received your collection kit, place 1/2 tsp of cremains into the included bottle for each memorial piece. Creating a small paper funnel can be helpful if you are worried about spilling. Write your name on the included label and place it over the seal of the bottle, then pack the bottle into the pre-addressed mailer to return the cremains to us.

How to Prepare your ashes for shipping without a collection kit

Place your ashes into a empty and clean pill bottle, or if you do not have a pill bottle, you can use a ziplock bag, then enfold the bag with a piece of paper to create a small protective envelope. Then place the bottle/paper envelope into a small box or bubble mailer and ship to Cosford Glass, PO Box 24004, Scotch Creek, BC, V0E3L0. We recommend priority tracked shipments to ensure nothing is lost in the process.

How long does it take?

If you choose to purchase a collection kit, we will have the kit shipped out within 3 business days. When we receive the cremains we will have the memorial piece created within 2-3 weeks and will notify you as soon as it is being shipped to you.

Can I get a discount on larger orders?

Yes, if you are looking for multiple pieces or a family order, we can offer a price break. Please reach out to discuss.

Custom and personalised orders

We are always excited to work with you to create a personalized piece. If you can't find what you are looking for within our sample pieces please don't hesitate to reach out to discuss your ideas.

Do you have any reviews?

Yes! you can read all of our reviews as well as see our non memorial glass art at www.cosfordglass.com

Can I tell you about my loved one?

Please do. Creating memorial art is very personal. If you would like to share about your loved one or pet and even share a picture, Kyle will keep them in his thoughts as he creates your piece(s).

What happends to the unused ashes?

There are a couple options. We can spread the remaining, unused ashes along the beauitful Shuswap lake, take them on a hike and spread them in the forest with a stunning view, or shipped back along with your order. Please let us know which you would prefer.
